Position (Chức danh): Trainee (for 1-year Apprenticeship Program)

What you will learn:

Sale support and customer service techniques
-
The basic non-life insurance knowledge (included of marine insurance), market information
-
Insurance broking business and the broking procedure
-
Professional working process in a dynamic multinational environment
-
Develop wide range of working skills such as professional communication, customer services, work planning & organizing, problem solving & team-work
Main responsibilities:
Assist in business development and customer services activities, included but not limited to:
-
Research prospects, clients and industries information
-
Maintain and update leads, prospects & clients database
-
Arrange meeting and prepare all relevant documents (presentation files included) prior to the client visits
-
Assist to prepare client proposals, bids and tenders documents
-
Liaise with insurers for getting quotations as assigned by direct supervisor
-
Support to do analysis & comparison of quotations
-
Follow up with key contacts to ensure timely invoicing & payment
-
Translate working materials (English – Vietnamese and vice versa)
Job requirements:

University degree

English fluency
