We are building up a new packaging material company in VSIP 2A, Binh Duong. This is a very highly automated factory with state of art technology and equipment imported from over sea.

We are looking for a big number of senior technicians for production who will play key roles in the organization development. If you get selected,you will be sent to over sea for Training from 4 – 9 months.
 

• Position: Maintenance Service Engineer
• Quantity: 20 technicians
• Working location: VISIP 2A, Binh Duong
• Working time:Working in shifts (3 shifts, 8 hours/ shift – Mon to Sat)

Responsibility Description
 

• Execute installation, commissioning and performance validation for Tetra Pak automatic packaging lines
• Triển khai lắp đặt, chạy thử và bàn giao dây chuyển đóng hộp tự động cho khách hàng.
• Execute preventive maintenance events for packaging lines according to Tetra Pak's recommendations and procedures.
• Triển khai việc bảo trì máy, lên kế hoạch bảo dưỡng, xây dựng một hệ thống bảo trì chuyên nghiệp.
• Execute analysis and troubleshoot to resolve mechanical and automation issues of the packaging lines.
• Phân tích và xử lý sự cố về thiết bị trong dây chuyền sản xuất đóng hộp. Các sự cố từ vấn đề cơ khí đến hệ thống điện và PLC. ( Ge-fanuc và Rockwell PLC)
• Analyse, identify and implement action plan to improve system performance
• Tham gia vào quá trình xây dựng hệ thống cải tiến liên tục mang tính toàn cầu
• Conduct operator and maintenance training for customer
• Triển khai đào tạo cho vận hành và bộ phận bảo trì của khách hàng

Desired Applicant
 

• Engineering Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical or Automation
• 0 -10 years experience in hands on maintenance job at manufacturing factories
• Có kinh nghiệm làm việc bảo trì máy móc công nghiệp ( làm việc tại bộ phận bảo trì hoặc các công ty dịch vụ kỹ thuật về máy móc công nghiệp )
• Available to travel frequently
• Can work under high pressure
• Good English
• Good problem solving skills
• Experience in Technical Sales is a plus but not mandatory
